How to make :
- In a pan, add capsicum, onion, tomato and paneer along with spices as per taste to make a dry sabji (mixture). Make sure it is nice and crispy.
- Take a roti, put about 2 spoons of sabji in a vertical line along the chapatti and add the green dhaniya chutney, Surabhi Mayonnaise and Surabhi Tomato Chilli Sauce for taste.
- Fold a little from the bottom and then roll tightly from the side to form a roll.
Roti Wrap is ready to serve!
