Vegetable Chopseuy Recipe

Ingredients :

  • Carrots (shredded) - 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Capsicum (finely sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Onion (finely sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
  • Noodles (boiled and drained well) - 200g
  • Surabhi Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Surabhi Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Oil (for frying)

How to make :

  • In a bowl, mix together vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and cornflour and add water till you have one cup of the mixture. Keep aside.
  • In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the onions and the garlic.
  • Sauté on low flame till the onions start to soften. Add the carrots, cabbage and capsicum and stir fry on high heat for 1 minute.
  • Add the water mixture and cook, stirring continuously. Once cooked, leave aside.
  • Deep fry the noodles over high flame till they turn brown and crisp. Drain excess oil.
  • Transfer noodles to a serving dish and pour vegetable mixture over to serve.
