Vegetable Chopseuy Recipe
Carrots (shredded) - 1/2 cup
Cabbage (shredded) - 1 cup
Capsicum (finely sliced) - 1/2 cup
Onion (finely sliced) - 1/2 cup
Garlic (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
Noodles (boiled and drained well) - 200g
Surabhi Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Surabhi Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Oil (for frying)
How to make :
In a bowl, mix together vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and cornflour and add water till you have one cup of the mixture. Keep aside.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the onions and the garlic.
Sauté on low flame till the onions start to soften. Add the carrots, cabbage and capsicum and stir fry on high heat for 1 minute.
Add the water mixture and cook, stirring continuously. Once cooked, leave aside.
Deep fry the noodles over high flame till they turn brown and crisp. Drain excess oil.
Transfer noodles to a serving dish and pour vegetable mixture over to serve.
